1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags and packaging must remain intact.

2. Size Selection and Change of Mind
Sizes may vary depending on the style, design, and fit of each item. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the size chart provided on the respective product page before placing your order.
If you select the wrong size or wish to return an item due to personal preferences, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, provided this is permitted by applicable law and you were informed accordingly before making your purchase.
In these cases, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
This reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights or warranty claims.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original condition.
For exchanges resulting from an incorrect size selection or personal preferences, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement item, where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges due to defective or incorrectly delivered items will be processed at no additional cost.
5. Return Procedure and International Return Center
Our returns are processed through an authorized international return center, which may be located outside the European Union.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide the necessary return instructions along with the correct address of our international return center.
Please do not send items to our business address or any other address without contacting us first, as these locations may not be authorized to receive returns.
Depending on the reason for the return, international shipping costs may apply.
For returns resulting from an incorrect size selection, a change of mind, or personal preferences, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, provided they were informed accordingly before making their purchase and this is permitted by applicable law.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking services. Please retain your shipping receipt and share the tracking number with us once your return has been shipped.
6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution and subject to applicable statutory deadlines and consumer rights.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days for eligible online purchases. We voluntarily extend the return request period to 30 days from the date of delivery.
